2018 Gateway Motorsports Park Credential Request Guidelines For Media And Photographers On Assignment

Includes: 1.25-mile oval, Dragplex, Circuit of St. Louis road course, Dirtplex, Kartplex


Gateway Motorsports Park grants media and photographer credentials to individuals on assignment from recognized media outlets. All applications will be carefully screened. All requests must be received at least 14 days in advance of event to be considered.

Please furnish your full name, e-mail address, cell phone number and the media outlet you write and/or shoot for. (See contact information below.)

Verification: We also may ask for a credential request letter from the owner or editor of your outlet.

Reserved seating in the infield media center is limited and will be issued by priority and available space.

Credentials and parking passes for NASCAR and INDYCAR events may be picked up at the Credentials Building across the street from the speedway. Days and hours of operation will be posted.

We do not grant credentials to freelance photographers (or hobbyists) who are not on assignment from a recognized media outlet.

Working media credentials will not be issued for employees in marketing, promotions, sales, advertising, public relations, etc.

Photo vest requests for Verizon IndyCar Series events at GMP are forwarded to INDYCAR for their evaluation and approval. INDYCAR’s decision is final.

Gateway Motorsports Park cannot grant media or photo credentials for our annual NHRA Mello Yello Drag Racing Series event. To obtain credentials for NHRA national events you must contact Scott Smith at NHRA’s Communications Department in Glendora, California.

If the event you wish to cover is a track rental, you must obtain permission and credentials from the company or group renting the track(s).
