Gateway Motorsports Park is a major-league, multi-venue motor sports facility and located less than 5-minutes from the Gateway Arch. It all began in 1967 as St. Louis Raceway Park, an 1/8-mile drag strip. Since then, Gateway continued to grow with multiple race venues, name changes, and owners. Today, the locally-owned and -operated park is home to a world class 1/4-mile drag racing facility that is host of one of the NHRA’s Countdown to the Championships races, a 1 ¼-mile unique, egg-shaped oval with different degrees of banking on each corner, and a 1.6-mile infield road course is home to sports-car clubs, racing schools and motorcycle organizations.
In 2013, Gateway Motorsports Park will be adding two new venues: a nationally sanctioned kart racing facility and an off-road truck racing track that will serve dual purpose for truck pulling events. In addition to the nationally televised AAA Insurance NHRA Mid-West Nationals, Gateway Motorsports Park hosts regular weekly race programs that total more than 200 event dates per year. This establishes Gateway Motorsports Park as one of the most active racing complexes in the world. Many opportunities are available to reach the hundreds of thousands of racers and fans that attend the park each year. Additionally, sponsorships reach millions who view the nationally televised events originating from Gateway Motorsports Park.
The new owners at Gateway Motorsports Park have already proven to be innovators with new and exciting opportunities to experience the thrill of racing and reaching a loyal fan base. Whether you are interested in providing employees with the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity of racing on the oval or drag strip, reaching the committed fan base at the park with traditional or electronic marketing, or entertaining potential clients with premier track-side views of 325+ mph dragsters during one of our National events, Gateway Motorsports Park can provide you with an experience you cannot match anywhere else.
